Madame Truffles sniff out fresh truffles from the best independent farms across Australia, and make them available direct to the public from their pop-up store in Chippendale. They also work with restaurants to deliver the freshest truffles from farm to kitchen to fork. They’ll be joining your Truffle Dinner to offer a truffle education on where to find them, how to eat them and what makes them so magical.
